Supersize Airfix.

This is a bit from James May's series of shows. This one in particular is about producing supersize airfix parts.
James' idea was to take model aeroplanes to a new level and try to make a full-size Spitfire out of Airfix. He faced lots of problems, especially when the giant 36-foot pieces may be strong enough and none of them knew how they would fit together.

Although it's not really directly linked to what I'm doing for this brief, I thought that it was interesting and airfix structures are my main focus for the exhibition...
